BountifulBaskets.org

I've always admired my Dad and my sister who can find the best deals with coupons. That's not exactly what I did last Saturday, but I did get a pretty sweet deal. I was on such a buyer's high that I actually took a picture of all the produce I got so I could post it here- it's the first time that I've ever experienced that impulse. and I liked it. :)

Guess how much this was---

Okay, everyone put your guesses in? $15 bucks. Well, okay, technically 19.50 with the first time buyer's fee and the handling/processing fee, but $15 sounds better. :)
Brycen and I were thrilled with the variety and quality of produce they gave us. It's really helped us to eat more fruits and vegetables too, which is always a good thing. We set the plums in a bowl on the table and they were gone in two days because we kept snacking on them. mmm...
Oh yeah, so I got this great deal through bountifulbaskets.org. I heard about it from my friend Katrina- she even did a price comparison with what she got and everything.

Check it out. Seriously.

  2. Yay! Good job for signing up for this. I know they have some similar things in WA, but I haven't looked into them so much, mostly because I hear that I can't pick all my produce. Instead i just go to the farmer's markets in summer and pick up what I want. Anyway, lots of good stuff!
