That one time in the Caribbean

That one time in the Caribbean, Brycen and I went on a cruise. This was a while ago, but I was just breezing through some of the photos and remembering the fun times.
Thanks to a family friend of Brycen's we wound up in a group of divers heading out to Puerto Rico and several of the Virgin Islands for an amazing Scuba trip. Brycen and I were excited to go "real" scuba diving. We had been in lakes and pools and a crater, but never anywhere near as cool as this opportunity.
We didn't get very many pictures of ourselves, but here's two- both taken by members of our group who have those fancy underwater cameras.
Isn't that island breathtaking?

Of course, no one bothered to tell me that I looked like an underwater unicorn the whole time. You'll have to pardon our serious faces, but if we smile then our cheeks create creases and water fills up our masks. I learned pretty quick not to smile because man, salt water stings!
Probably the neatest thing to discover was the vast wildlife and plants that I'd never seen the likes of before. It is so amazing to realize that all of these are God's creations.
Some of my favorites: Sea Turtles and Sting Rays. The rays are so graceful.
